There are two things that I have consistently hated throughout my long life. The first is olives. Yuck. The second is football. Both are present in abundance at my house on Thanksgiving day. It accompanied a short story titled “Football Majors at Pacific U” by William Samrot. The short story appeared in the October 1959 edition of Cosmopolitan magazine.
